Cancelation policy White Island Retreats

Thank you for your interest in booking your retreat with us, please read our payment and cancelation policy carefully.

To confirm your reservation

To confirm your booking please send us an email at info@whiteislandretreats.com we will send you our bank details and further instructions so that you can make the transfer of your deposit.

To create your invoice we will need your full name, address and ID/Passport number.

Due to the limited spaces on our retreat we request that bank transfers are made within 3 days after receiving this email. If this is not done your booking will not be guaranteed.

To reserve your space with us on our retreat we request 30% deposit of the room price. The remaining 70% is due 1 month prior to the start of the retreat.

We will not cover any commisions and/or transfer costs for international banktransfers, please make sure your transfer is sent by SEPA or select the option of including any commisions/transfer costs when making your payment.

Cancelling your reservation

White Island Retreats cannot give refunds of deposits for late arrivals, flight cancelations, travel delays, illness or change of plans.

In the case of you having to cancel your booking we will do our very best to find a solution for you to join us on a future retreat with us. But our costs of hosting the retreat have already been made and their for we cannot refund your deposit.

*In the case of travel restrictions by the Government due to COVID19, where there is written prove that you can not enter Spain due to travel restrictions, we will either refund your deposit in full with a deduction of 50€ admin costs, or we can offer you a space on one of our future retreats.

Cancelling 90+ days prior to the start of the retreat:

If you cancel your booking 90+ days prior to the start of the retreat you will be credited 100% and are able to move your booking without any costs to a future retreat with us.

Cancelling 60-89 days prior to the start of the retreat:

If you cancel your booking within 90 days prior to the start of the retreat we will credit you 75% of your deposit towards a future retreat with us.

Cancelling 30-59 days prior to the start of the retreat:

If you cancel your booking within 60 days prior to the start of the retreat we will credit you 50% of your deposit towards a future retreat with us.

Cancelling 0-29 days prior to the retreat:

If you cancel your booking within 30 days prior to the start of the retreat no credit will be given.

Summery:

Deposit

• 100% deposit credit for cancellation 90+ days before retreat start date.
• 75% deposit credit for cancellation 60-89 days before retreat start date.
• 50% deposit credit for cancellation 30-59 days before retreat start date.
• 0% deposit credit for cancellation 0-29 days before retreat start date.

Remaining Balance

• Remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.
• If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date remaining balance is not refundable.

We highly recommend that you take out a travel insurance.

Please make sure your insurance policy covers all relevant sport activities, such as yoga and horse riding.
